In a recent patient survey we asked patients what they thought of the service we currently provide and also asked for their thoughts before we change to our new appointments system which is called AccuRX.

We will do our best to adhere to the suggestions and implement ideas where they are appropriate.

Of course, moving to a new appointment system won’t please everyone and it will take a little adjustment. Only two of the comments about this were negative but we must point out that we are being asked by the Govt to move to this ‘triage’ system.
