Sick Notes

You don't need a "sick note" from your GP until you have been away from work from 28 days (this used to be 7 days).  This is effective from 10th December to 26th January 2022.  This change will free up time for urgent care and support for COVID Vaccination booster delivery.  More information can be found on this link:

We kindly ask that patients continue to wear a mask when entering our surgery.  This is to protect you, other patients and our staff so that we can continue to deliver the service uninterrupted.

Thank you

Covid Vaccinations

We are working together with neighbouring practices in Milton Keynes as part of the Primary Care Network to deliver Covid vaccinations to our patients.

Eligible patients registered at our practice will be contacted and invited to receive the vaccine at Westcroft Health Centre in Savill Lane, Westcroft. MK4 4EN.

We ask that you do not contact the surgery with queries about this as we will be contacting all eligible patients in due course.  The clinics are usually Fridays and Saturdays 8am - 6:30pm.  There is limited parking at Westcroft and queues are very likely at times.  Please dress accordingly to the weather conditions.

The surgery will be closed for (PLT) Protected Learning Time on ........... from 1:30pm - 4:30pm, phone lines will re-open at 4:30pm till 6:30pm  . If you require medical advice during this time please telephone 111
