Repeat Prescriptions

When requesting a repeat prescription, please use the right hand side of your previous prescription (the computer printout of your repeat medication) and place it in the box in reception or post it through the door.  Alternatively you may post it to us or complete the Request a Repeat Prescription triage.

You will need to allow 48 hours when requesting a repeat and we would ask that you make a point of reading any messages on your repeat slips which may include a date for your medication review the doctor.
