Telephone Advice The doctors are happy to give you advice over the telephone when they are not consulting. The reception staff have been asked not to interrupt the doctor if they are with a patient unless the call is urgent.
Test Results Please call between 12:00pm and 1.00pm to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request between these times
Cancelling your Appointment If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.
When requesting a repeat prescription, please use the right hand side of your previous prescription (the computer printout of your repeat medication) and place it in the box in Reception or post it through the door. Alternative you may post it to us or fax it on 01908 374427.
If you wish the chemist of your choice to collect you prescription, you will have to arrange it with the chemist yourself. You will need to allow 48 hours when requesting a repeat and would ask that you make a point of reading any messages on your repeat slips which may include a date for your medication review the doctor.
